Choose the payment option for your billing country
South Africa: PayFast in rand (ZAR). Choose the South Africa / PayFast option in your basket.
Rest of the world: PayPal in US dollars (USD). Choose Rest of world / PayPal in your basket and review the converted total before checkout. The displayed USD quote is held for 30 minutes; refresh it if it expires. PayPal or your bank may apply currency conversion rates and fees.
Your account and downloads
- Register with your email address.
- Open your welcome email, choose your password and sign in.
- Choose your designs and complete payment.
- Download your files from the order confirmation or My account → My downloads.
Pending or failed payments do not unlock downloads. If payment is pending, check My purchases before trying again to avoid a duplicate order.

Embroidery designs are digital files, not physical garments. Embroidered baby onesies are available now in our clothing shop for South African customers, with collection in Tergniet or courier at checkout. Software is coming soon.
Using your design files
- Download the ZIP file from your order or My downloads.
- Extract or unzip it on your computer. Keep a backup of the original ZIP.
- Choose the file format supported by your embroidery machine. The included formats are versions of the same design; you only need the compatible one.
- Open the PDF colour chart and check the design dimensions against your machine’s sewing field before transferring the embroidery file.
Need help? Email team@hootstitch.com with your order number, design name and machine model. Never send your password.
